Costway Convertible High Chairs recalled due to fall and entrapment hazards

This recall involves Costway 3-in-1 convertible high chairs designed to convert into an infant table and chair set or to be used as a booster seat. It features a 3-position adjustable feeding tray, an adjustable seat back, and a 5-point harness system. The SKU for the affected products is BB4640. They were available in several color combinations, including purple and white, red and white, blue and white, and brown and white.

The recalled high chairs do not contain a passive restraint system, and a child can slip through the opening between the feeding tray and seat and become entrapped or fall, posing a risk of serious injury or death.

As of October 28, 2026, the company has received no reports of incident or injury in Canada.
