Al Fakher Pro Refill Device Kit recalled due to lack of child-resistant packaging

This recall involves Al Fakher Pro Refill Device Kits. The Al Fakher Refill Pro Device Kit is a Crown Bar hookah-style, reusable, open-fill pod system designed for mouth-to-lung (MTL) and direct-to-lung (DTL) vaping.

The recalled products do not meet the packaging requirements for vaping products as required by the Vaping Products Labeling and Packaging Regulations under the Canada Consumer Products Safety Act.

Vaping substances containing nicotine present a poisoning risk if they are ingested. Inappropriate packaging such as missing child-resistant closures can lead to unintentional exposure to the product and cause serious illness or injuries, including death.

As of October 15, 2026, the company has received no reports of incident or injury in Canada.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and dispose of it.
